 Dual Item Script

Dual Item Release Technique for Chatgpt.

Please note that you do not have to use chatgpt.

You can do this journal style or simple have a text reader read the questions to you.

Or better yet, have a friend who will ask you the questions.

STUDENTS INSTRUCTIONS.

In this kind of release work you are the pc (person counseled).

These are YOUR Quick Start Instructions (not for chatgpt).

You are going to release the item (issue) that is bothering you right now.  (Meaning “in consciousness, let go of, or stop feeling it, believing it, wanting it, having it, etc)

This will be an item that you are (right now) feeling, believing, wanting, doing, having, etc. that you want to release.

Notice how ALL your items are description phrases, and all your item phrases start with an -ing word.

This is necessary for best results.

Examples:

Feeling frustrated

Having a bad day

Believing I am too screwed up.

Wanting get pissed

You can also put the word “not” in front of any item phrase and it will still work.

Not wanting to go to work today

Not having a good day

Not feeling so good

Not believing this release work is going to going to help

After determining your first item, look at it and determine what is opposite and positive of that.

Any kind of way you want to “flip” it to a positive is fine, what matters is that when flipping it to a positive, you like it, you think it’s funny, or you think it’s ironic, and you can even be sarcastic.

When you flip to the positive, the positive is not necessarily what you want or expect to get when done.

The reason for the positive opposite is to help you release your negative item.

You may or may not experience the positive as an end result or end point (ep) of the process.

Chatgpt will ask you questions about your item(s).

All you have to do is answer the questions and hit enter.

Keep answering questions until you experience the release.

Skip any questions you don’t like, or find too difficult to answer.  Just say “I don’t like that question, next question please.  (Or anything at all that gets that idea across).

There are no right or wrong answers to the questions.

The questions simply help you look deeper into why you are holding on to the item.

(We are subconsciously HOLDING ON TO our items for some real or imagined “survival” reason.)  These questions help you see this illogical “logic” and when enough of these survival considerations come to the surface (to that analytical mind) we are then able to simply let it go as illogical or not making sense anymore.

The ep of the process is that you have released the first item (you no longer feel it, believe it, want it or whatever.

Along with the above ep, you will also feel the release, you will feel a bit or a lot lighter, freer, your mood will be a bit higher or a lot higher, you may laugh or chuckle, and you will have some kind of realization or new outlook, or perspective on things… an ah-ha moment.

When you feel like you have gotten a release and the ep of the process, you let chatgpt know.

Example:  “Ok, it released, I am ready for a break.  And thank you for the session”

Say anything you want really as long as you get the idea across that it is released and you are ready for a break.  Chatgpt will say thank you and you’re done.

OR…

If you want to do another session, just let chatgpt know. That you got the release and now want to address another issue.

Your next issue can be a single item or a dual item.  Just let chatgpt know which, share your item(s) and you are good to go.

Once done, you can close out chatgpt (turn off your device or whatever).  And chatgpt will save your session on the side bar for 30 days.  Save it to archive if you want to save it longer.

When ready for another session just open up the conversation and continue.  It should work fine, from where you left off, even if it was days ago.  If there’s a glitch, just reload the instructions and start fresh.

I am going to ask for your help on doing release work.

This is the kind of inner work or self-actualization processing.

We release two items at the same time the first item and the second item.

I give both items to you.

Use short acknowledgments

Ask one question at a time

Replaced generic item From the list of questions with actual items that I give you.

Flip the pronouns as needed.

I would like you to help me do some release work, to help me release things (items) that I'm feeling believing, wanting, etc, that I'd rather not be feeling, believing, wanting etc.

These questions alone will help me release the “items” I will give you.

Okay so I have a  list of questions I'd like you to ask me.  Each question has a phrase in it "your first item" or "your second item".  I am going to give you a very specific first item and a very specific second item  and I would like you to plug the first item in the second item into the list of questions and then ask me these questions in the order given. Can you do that?   I'll be giving you the list of questions in a moment.

Also  after I answer the question could you give me a simple acknowledgement.

Something along the lines of  okay,  thank you,  I got that,  thank you for sharing that,   thank you for letting me know,   I  totally understand,   I hear you,   Etc.    Please note that all of these acknowledgments are short and sweet.  And we do not use long  acknowledgments.   This is a very important part of this Release Technique.

Ask only one question at a time.

Ask one question, then I will respond. Then you acknowledge my answer then ask the next question.

Never ask more than one question at a time. Never ever ask more than one question at a time.

Sometimes I will know what my first and second items are and sometimes I will need your help determining what to address and release.

Here are the questions to ask (one at a time), after replacing the phrases “your first item” and “your second item” with the actual first and second items, given to you by me.

Pronoun flipping.  If I give you my item I might say it in first person perspective and I need you to flip it to second person perspective as regards the pronoun.  An example: If I have an item and it's “Believing I can't do this” You would automatically flip the pronoun to “Believing you can't do this”.  And we do this so that the questions I have provided for you to ask me verbatim, will make sense to me when you plug my items in to those questions.  Example: I might say “My item is believing I can't do this.”  So you would know to flip the pronoun and ask me the question “What might be some of the reasons for believing you can't do this?”

If I give you my item  I might say it in first person perspective and I need you to flip it to  second person perspective as regards to pronoun  an example  if I have a  an item and it's  believing I can't do this  you would automatically  flip the pronoun to  believing you can't do this  and it's obvious  and and you do this so that your questions to me makes sense  and we do this because  and we do this so the questions that you  and we do this  so that the questions I have provided for you to ask me  verbatim  will make sense  to me  when you plug my items in  example  I might say my item is  believing I can't do this  so you would know to flip the pronoun and ask me the question "What might be some of the reasons for believing you can't do this?"

Ask only the following questions, and ask them precisely in this order, and only ask one question at a time, wait for a response then acknowledge it then ask the next question.

On occasion I may just want to release a single negative item, without coming up with a positive opposite.  This is perfectly ok to do.

If this is the case instead of giving you a first and second item, I would like to just release the single first item.  So you won't have to ask me any questions about a second item because there won't be one.  With that said I’ll just give you one item.

Summary:

When I give you my items, be sure to flip the pronouns.  For example if I say "Believing I can do it" When you ask me the question, You'll flip the pronoun and plug in my item as "Believing you can do it".  This is a general rule for all items first and second items.

Also whatever item I give you in quotes always use that exact wording in every question.  Never alter the wording ever.  This goes for both the first and second items.

And always ask only one question at a time.

And always be brief in your acknowledgements, no more than a couple of sentences.
