Primary and Secondary OOBE Techniques Part 3

And here it is again.
Go over it one more time.

Once you have it down pat, it's easy to do every other night.

And repitition matters.  The number of times you go over the materials is directly proportional to have well you know it.  And how you perform o r do it, is directly proportional to how well you know it.

There's some more Primary and Secondary Techniques for you, but more importantly, this is going to get you of body.  So keep going over it, til you really REALLY have it down.

Work it, use the universal release method to remove any blocks, barriers, issues, or problems that may make this technique difficult.  Use law of attraction stuff, to create the reality that this technique is working REALLY well for you.

Primary and Secondary Techniques - Part 3

The Primary and Secondary Techniques, used together like this becomes a particular kind of WAKE UP GO BACK TO SLEEP Oobe Technique.
In this video I go into the details.

The Wake Up go Back to Sleep Technique For Getting Out of Body
Using the Primary and Secondary Techniques to do so.

 1. Decide to get out of body
 2. Create a plan
     (a) of where you are going to go or what you are going to do when you get out
     (b) Decide which Primary Technique you are going to use immediately upon awakening (before going to the secondary techniques).
 3. Decide what days of the week you are doing this.  Do not do it every night.
 4. Intend to wake up in about 6 hours.
 5. Go to bed and go to sleep the normal way. This is 'First Sleep'.
 6. First time you wake up (about 6 hours later) is 'first wake' up.
     (a) Attempt the Primary Technique on first wake up.  Whether it works or not...
     (b) Go look in the mirror.
     (c) If it worked and you are out, follow your plan and go do what you planned to do once you get out.
     (d) If it doesn't work, STILL go to the mirror and look at yourself.
     (e) If it doesn't work, after looking in the mirror, stay up for about 45 minutes, read something about oobes.
 7. Go back to bed.  This is Second Sleep.
 8. Second wake up.  Emphasis is on Spiritually waking up.  You are likely to wake up physically, but do not move!  You want the physical body to go back to sleep,
 9. Attempt your planned and practiced Primary Technique IMMEDIATELY upon awakening.
 10. If it works, follow your plan – go to mirror, look at yourself, then onto the rest of it. If it doesn't work, with out moving cycle through the secondary techniques.
     (a) We are always going for the mind awake, body asleep/phase shift.
     (b) If you are doing one of the secondary techniques and it kicks in and it starts to feel really real, you know it's working.  You know the phase shift is occurring.  So you want to either continue with that same secondary technique past the 2 or 3 seconds (because it's working, keep doing it).
     (c) Keep doing the Secondary technique that is working until it gets you all the way out, or until you feel it's a good time to switch to a primary technique.
     (d) Primary Techniques are used after phase shift occurs and as a technique to pull, or otherwise separate your astral/second body from the physical body.  This is a thing because the astral body can be somewhat 'stuck' in the super-imposed upon the physical.  Its kinda like glue, but perhaps more like magnetic.  A Primary Technique, like climb rope, or elevator, helps you pull or lift out of it, once the phase shift has occurred.

MORE DETAILS
Pick 2 (or 3 Secondary Techniques once you get the hang of it).
 1. Pick them and practice them, during the day while awake.
 2. Don't pick one, don't pick 4.  Just 2 or 3.  Keeps it simple.
 3. Make sure they are quit different in nature.
     (a) Picking 2 secondary techniques that have to do with moving hands for example, isn't as helpful as picking 2 that employ completely different body movements, or brain and mind functions.

The main difference between Primary and Secondary Techniques:
Primary is for separation.
Secondary is for helping get phase shifted ENOUGH so we can separate from the body – with a Primary Technique.

More Secondary Techniques.
Brain-strain technique
Imagine you are 'scrunching' your brain.  In other words, imagine you are using your brain really intensely - lots of effort and energy intensity in the brain

Jumping jacks.
Imagine/intend doing jumping jacks in your second body.

More Primary Techniques.
Somersault
this one can also be used as a Secondary Technique btw.
Once the phase shift has occurred, this is a good one.  Imagine/intend doing a backward somersault, with legs and feet coming up and going over and passed your head.  Such that you will land on your feet or go flying off into the wild blue, when it works to get out of body.

Sinking through bed.
It's a strange sensation, some people start to fel this before falling asleep at night, even when they are not practicing oobe stuff.  It can just happen.
They  are actually phase shifting and literally sinking into and through their bed toward the floor (as they are falling asleep).  We can use this as a secondary technique, because it is also very natural.

Sometimes a secondary technique, in itself will cause separation.

So the secondary technique can 'turn into' a primary technique.

What do we mean by 'Practice' and when do we practice?

We can practice during the day, doing a secondary techniques.
And you can practice actually using your physical body.

In other words, for example, you can lay in bed and practice doing the jumping jacks or the swimming, or the hands and feet wiggling thing.  And actually do those movements with your physical body.  The idea of practice is to get familiar and comfortable withe the drill, so you don't have to think about at night when you wake up.  You are very familiar with it, you have done it a few times during the day, and you got it down pat.  So now you can just do it.

Assignment:
We need to know how well this particular technique is working for YOU.  This is part of our research project.
Share your experience, share your progress, results, questions, thoughts etc. in a new topic or as a reply to these training posts.

Assignment #2.
Answer these questions in a reply below:

1.  Name one Primary Technique that you have considered using personally, which one?

2.  What are the 2 Secondary Techniques that you are going to start with?

3.  What is your plan - where are you going when you get out?

4.  Do you have your glass of water set up?

5.  Do you know what day you are going start?

6.  How long are you going to commit to doing this Michael Raduga Technique, and however long you choose, why that long, and not shorter, or not longer?
